I don't think people could ever fairly judge something unless they know personally what that something is.
So let's say if someone's doing A, I can't say that doing A is good or bad if I don't have any personal experience in it. It would even be better if I've tried doing A before. Because in reality all our ideals are just that, ideals. If no one's tried them before then how can we say that it's good or bad?
Also, even if you want to do something, I think you should always think of the consequences. I know this sounds really cliched but I often get pissed when people do something and asks why they get the result they get!
Don't they ever think of the possibilites of their doings might bring them to?
So, to sum up. We can never be really sure of life unless we live it, and if we keep on thinking about the future or ideals too much (that's TOO much, I'm not saying thinking is a bad thing... it's just thinking too much is bad) then you won't really live in the present.
Thus I'd like to conclude that I can't be an idealist in this world because idealists would just end up getting fucked in the A.
Since this is the real world there's only place for realists.
